Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class/Priority Mail, depending on package weight).
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delays & Issues
- USPS delays are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if your package is missing or arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order.
- Wrong Address Policy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Because of the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
